WHEREAS pursuant to Section 363(3) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, cM45, as amended, the council of the municipality shall pass a by-law establishing the tax ratios for the year for the municipality. NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Laird enacts as follows: The tax ratios for the municipality are as follows: Residential/Farm = 1.0000 Commercial = 1.0579 Industrial = 0.9771 Farmlands = 0.2500 Managed Forest = 0.2500 This by-law comes into effect upon the date of passage.
