WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Laird deems it advisable to enter into an agreement under the Canada-Ontario Municipal Rural Infrastructure Fund (COMRIF) Asset Management Program (AMP); THEREFORE the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the COMRIF AMP Funding Agreement.
