Present: Mayor: Dick Beitz Councillors: Charles Frenette, Wayne Junor Road Superintendent: Michael Hunter Clerk: Phyllis MacKay Chuck Deplonty of Tracks and Wheels spoke to council about an excavator rental. ON MOTION (No. 131-09) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council agrees to pay for floating of excavator, of Tracks and Wheels, from North Bay, and for those charges the Township would be given 25 hours over a one week period to work the machine.
