Present: Mayor: Dick Beitz Councillors: Donna Connolly, Chuck Frenette, Wayne Junor, Todd Rydall Clerk: Phyllis MacKay ON MOTION (No. 86-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves minutes of May 5, 2010, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 87-10) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves general accounts to May 19, 2010, as presented in the amount of $9,036.59. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 88-10) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves road accounts to April 30, 2010, as presented in the amount of $12,110.82. CARRIED The draft recreation committee budget was discussed. Several questions are to be answered for next meeting. ON MOTION (No. 89-10) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports FONOM resolution in urging both levels of senior governments complete a review of how they process applications permitting resource-based industries, and investigate how the process can be streamlined. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 90-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council supports FONOM resolution requesting that all Ontario municipalities be consulted prior to third reading of Bill 237. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 91-10) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports FONOM resolution in endorsing the Joint and Several Liability Paper sent to the Attorney General's office by Association of Municipalities of Ontario. CARRIED Councillor Rydall will remove shelving from south wall in share-shed. ON MOTION (No. 92-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Donna Connolly that the council meeting be adjourned.
