Present: Mayor: Dick Beitz Councillors: Donna Connolly, Chuck Frenette, Wayne Junor, Todd Rydall Clerk: Phyllis MacKay ON MOTION (No. 121-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall, that council approves By-law Number 904-10 authorizing reduced side yards, 107 Finns' Bay Road. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 122-10) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves By-law Number 905-10 appointing Colleen Alloi as By-law and Provincial Offences Officer. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 123-10) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council closes the next portion of the meeting to the public to discuss a personal and legal matter. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 124-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council return to open meeting. CARRIED A lawn mower with a 60" cut will be investigated for council.
