CARRIED Dan Zago spoke to council about splitting of lot at 7 Townline Road for solar power generation. ON MOTION (No. 137-10) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves general accounts to August 18, 2010 as presented in the amount of $69,910.01. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 138-10) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves road accounts to June 30, 2010, as presented in the amount of $31,033.21. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 139-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council rescind Motion No. 130-10 and advise property owner that is does not wish to sell Block A in DeFazio Subdivision, and that if Ministry of Natural Resources approves of a floating dock, the municipality would have no objection. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 140-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves tender of Ivan Khull for Laird hall roof realignment in the amount of $55,833.30, taxes included. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 141-10) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council contributes $.10 per capita to Ontario Good Road Association Minimum Standard Litigation Fund. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 142-10) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves tree cutting quote for Knox Presbyterian church of Bert Moran in the amount of $2,450.00. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 143-10) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves Ministry of Natural Resources, Memorandum of Agreement regarding buoy storage area off Finns' Bay Road, as presented in draft form. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 144-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council authorizes attendance of Mayor Beitz and wife, at John Rowswell Celebration Dinner, September 1, 2010. CARRIED  ON MOTION (No. 145-10) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council authorizes attendance of Planning and Administrative Assistant at the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing Northeastern Ontario Planning Technical Workshop in Sudbury, September 21-23, 2010. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 146-10) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council closes the next portion of the meeting to the public to discuss a personal issue. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 147-10) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Donna Connolly that council returns to open meeting.
