THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LAIRD
HELD 0N JANUARY 19, 2011
AT THE LAIRD TOWNSHIP OFFICE
AT 7:30 P.M.

Present:
Mayor: Dick Beitz
Councillors: Donna Connolly, Chuck Frenette, Wayne Junor, Todd Rydall

ON MOTION (No. 7-11) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves the minutes of January 5, 2011 as presented. CARRIED

Colleen Alloi, By-Law Enforcement Officer spoke to council on property standards issues.

ON MOTION (No. 8-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves general accounts to January 19, 2011 as presented in the amount of $7602.94. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 9-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council appoints Wayne Junor with alternate Donna Connolly as council representative to the Echo Bay to Desbarats Planning Board for this term of council. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 10-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Donna Connolly that council vote for Lynn Watson to be appointed as the new ADMA Representative to the FONOM Board of Directors. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 11-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council accepts the report regarding Accessibility Initiatives Undertaken for 2010 Municipal Election. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 12-11) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council send Chuck Frenette and Wayne Junor to this years OGRA/ROMA conference. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 13-11) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council closes the next portion of the meeting to the public to discuss a personal matter. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 14-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council returns to an open meeting. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 15-11) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Donna Connolly that the council meeting be adjourned. CARRIED
