CARRIED Algoma Power Inc. personnel spoke to council about customer services, forestry, rates and smart meters. ON MOTION (No. 17-11) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves general accounts to February 2, 2011 as presented in the amount of $20,929.56. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 18-11) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council closes the next portion of the meeting to the public to discuss a personal matter. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 19-11) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Donna Connolly that council return to open meeting. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 20-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council confirms letter to staff member as per discussion, January 19, 2011. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 21-11) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves By-law 910-11 establishing interim tax rates for 2011. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 22-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves new Tipping Fee Policy as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 23-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves payment of $300.00 to Kelly Fremlin for wolf kill.
