CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 182-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council offers to provide 900 metres of ditching to Tarbutt and Tarbutt Additional Township, east side of Townline Road, at a cost of $4,860.90 CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 183-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves terms and conditions of Transfield Services with respect to obtaining sand for the 2011-2012 season, should the need arise. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 184-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Wayne Junor that council communicates with Tarbutt and Tarbutt Additional Township that it has reviewed the parking on Pine Island Road and would be keeping the status quo. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 185-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves Bar River and Cloudy Lake Road Agreement with Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional Township, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 186-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves By-law Number 916-11, as presented, correcting By-law Number 866-07. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 187-11) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves general accounts to November 24, 2011 as presented in the amount of $37,215.39. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 188-11) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves road accounts to October 31, 2011 as presented in the amount of $67,311.04. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 189-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves Solar Lighting System of Northern Energy Systems in the amount of $3,378.70. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 190-11) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves reduction in tax accounts of $18.17, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 191-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports resolution of the Township of Mulmur regarding approval process for alternative energy projects. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 192-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports the resolution of the Township of Macdonald et al regarding stoppage of patient blood services at the Matthews Memorial Hospital and the concern of future stoppage of blood services at the Thessalon Hospital. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 193-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council supports resolution of Township of Macdonald et al regarding reconvening, by the NELHIN, the rural health care committee. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 194-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports resolution of County of Huron regarding its concerns of infringement of property rights by the Ontario Fire Marshals Office. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 195-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council closes the next portion of the meeting to the public to discuss a legal matter. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 196-11) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council returns to open meting. CARRIED Council authorized staff to attend annual dinner.
