CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 17-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves amalgamated tender requirements as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 18-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves general accounts to February 1, 2012 as presented in the amount of $6,154.31. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 19-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council supports resolution of Town of Gravenhurst in petitioning the provincial government to support private member's bill to have a one metre paved shoulder on certain provincially owned highways. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 20-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council authorizes Mayor and Clerk sign Offer to Purchase and submit appropriate retainer to the Receiver General for Canada for Federal vacant land. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 21-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves By-law 918-12 setting Interim Tax Rates for 2012.
