CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 24-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves general accounts to February 15, 2012 as presented in the amount of $15,560.35. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 25-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves road accounts to January 31, 2012, as presented in the amount of $17,959.62. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 26-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council authorizes Mayor and Clerk sign Fire Services Agreement, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 27-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council supports the view of the Township of St. Joseph in objecting to the closing of the Ministry of Natural Resources walk-in service in Sault Ste. Marie. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 28-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council authorizes Councillor Wayne Junor be absent from meetings of council for a period in access of three successive months as per Section 259.(1))(c) of the Ontario Municipal Act. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 29-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Donna Connolly that Council donates $100.00 to Ontario 9-1-1 Advisory Board.
