Present: Mayor: Dick Beitz Councillors: Wayne Junor, Todd Rydall Road Superintendent: Michael Hunter Clerk: Phyllis MacKay ON MOTION (No. 117-12) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves council minutes of June 20, and recreation committee minutes of June 19, 2012, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 118-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves road accounts to June 30, 2012, as presented in the amount of $23,710.79. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 119-12) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves general accounts to July 18, 2012 as presented in the amount of $14,461.52. CARRIED Ron Stone appeared before council to discuss ditching and culverts adjacent his property. Road Superintendent Hunter will speak to person on Government Road responsible for tearing up parts of the surface treated road, indicating that a bill for repairs will be forthcoming. ON MOTION (No. 120-12) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council confirms appointment of David Pollari as full-time machine operator, effective July 1, 2012, as per hiring committee recommendation. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 121-12) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves By-law 924-12 as presented, and submits to Regional Senior Justice, Ontario Court of Justice for set fine approval.
