CARRIED It was the consensus of council that to limb a tree on Government Road would be too costly and the tree probably wouldn't last too much longer. Property owner to be notified by letter of council's decision to remove the entire tree. ON MOTION (No. 145-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Donna Connolly that council has a by-law drafted referencing pipes and lines crossing under municipal roads. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 146-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves road accounts to August 31, 2012 as presented in the amount of $104,725.09. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 147-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves general accounts to September 19, 2012 as presented in the amount of $14,221.40. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 148-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves attendance of clerk at AMCTO Fall Workshop in Mattawa, October 3-5, 2012. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 149-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves Expression of Interest for Municipal Infrastructure Investment Initiative as it relates to required Asset Management Plan. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 150-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council closes the next portion of the meeting to the public to discuss a personal issue. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 151-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Donna Connolly that council returns to open meeting. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 152-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council accepts the resignation of Colleen Alloi as Property Standards Officer and By-law Enforcement Officer, effective immediately. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 153-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council advertises for By-law Enforcement Officer and Property Standards Officer, to close Wednesday October 3, 2012, prior to noon. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 154-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council have a by-law drafted regarding overnight parking on Finns' Bay Road North. Vehicles to be towed.
