Present: Mayor: Dick Beitz Councillors: Donna Connolly, Chuck Frenette, Todd Rydall Road Superintendent: Michael Hunter Clerk: Phyllis MacKay Keith Horner, part owner of Lot 1 Plan H755 appeared before council referencing building off Reids Road East which is not maintained by the municipality. Two matters have to happen prior to issuance of a building permit - agreement on non-maintained road, and either a consent granted for part of lot or the old brick home off Highway 17 East taken down. ON MOTION (No. 175-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves council minutes of October 17, 2012 and recreation committee minutes of October 30, 2012, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 176-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves general accounts to November 7, 2012 as presented in the amount of $17,005.27. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 177-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves draft agreement for Keith Horner, Dinah Horner and Lamming Farms Inc. for access to Lot 1, Plan H755. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 178-12) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves quote of Urso Surveying for several lots on Finns' Bay Road North, as presented in the amount of $2,600 plus HST. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 179-12) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council accepts Laird Township Consolidated Financial Statements for 2011, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 180-12) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council supports concerns of Mayors of shoreline communities regarding impact of low water levels.
