CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 77-13) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves general accounts to May 8, 22013 as presented in the amount of $15,668.36. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 78-13) Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council supports Ontario Convenience Stores Association regarding contraband tobacco sales. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 82-13) of Chuck Frenette, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves amalgamated tender results for Laird Township in the amount of $52,910.85. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 83-13) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council approves Borrowing By-law 934-13 as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 84-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves recommendation of Livestock Valuer for payment of $1,296.00 for two calves of D. Pollari. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 85-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves Jo-Anne Entwistle as Provincial Offences Officer for the Township of Laird, and passes By-law 935-13. CARRIED The Echo Bay Horticultural Society will be asked to look at black fungus. ON MOTION (No. 86-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council supports Echo Bay Elks in establishing a plaque with veterans' names on it, to be displayed at the elks Hall. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 87-13) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council supports severance request at 498 Reids Road East provided a zoning amendment is successful to allow for a 25m road frontage. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 88-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council adds Beth Bruce's name to the Cemetery Board. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 89-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council requests the Township of Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional establish a Laird Township liaison on the Echo Bay Volunteer Fire Department.
