CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 110-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Chuck Frenette that council approves road accounts to May 31, 2013 in the amount of $30,345.70 and road accounts to June 30, 2013 in the amount of $41,253.52, as presented CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 111-13) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves general accounts to June 26, 2013 in the amount of $15,315.76 and general accounts to June 24, 2013 in the amount of $53,697.33, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 112-13) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves Laird International Raceway's proposal to run a special race on Saturday, September 7, 2013 as per request of D. Varcoe, excluding Sunday rain date. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 113-13) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves purchase of another co-mingle bin for the waste disposal site at $100 per month and a $75 delivery charge. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 114-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council explores the possibility of having Union Gas extend a natural gas system to the Township of Laird. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 115-13) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves By-law Number 938-13 as presented approving an extension to OPP Policing Agreement from April 1, 2013 to September 30, 2013.
