CARRIED People from Lots 34-39 Finns Bay Road North spoke to council about purchase of back lots. They were advised that council had not seen the report from MNR and were not inclined to discuss the issue at present. ON MOTION (No. 118-13) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves road accounts to July 31, 2013 in the amount of $61,678.31, as presented. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 119-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves general accounts to August 21, 2013 as presented in the amount of $33,392.27. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 120-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council closes the next portion of the meeting to discuss a matter relating to property. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 121-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council returns to open meeting. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 122-13) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Donna Connolly that council advises Finns Bay Road residents that it will deal with the back lot issue, September 18, 2013, and release MNR report of area to those requesting same if no objections received from the Ministry. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 123-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves application for building on back lot to 111 Finns Bay Road North, as the proposal recognizes the significance of wetlands in the area. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 124-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves write-down on Roll #4-0154 as per MPAC information, and advise MPAC of its inability to collect from previous owner. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 125-13) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves the write-down of penalty and taxes under $5.00 for a total of $14.01. CARRIED ON MOTION (NOP. 126-13) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council communicates its concurrence with concerns and comments of Ontario Tire Dealers Association regarding the massive price gap between Canadian and US wholesale tire prices. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 127-13) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Donna Connolly that council advises Diamond, Cloudy & McCarrel Lake Steering Committee that it is not interested at this time in supporting costs of three road side signs. CARRIED ON MOTION (No. 128-13) of Donna Connolly, seconded by Todd Rydall that council advises Bell Mobility that it concurs with the Consultation Summary Report and supports the construction of Bell Site W4163 "Neebish", as presented.
