THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF LAIRD
HELD 0N NOVEMBER 18, 2015
AT THE LAIRD TOWNSHIP OFFICE
AT 7:30 P.M.

ON MOTION (No. 157-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves council minutes of November 4, 2015 as presented. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 158-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves general accounts to November 18, 2015 as presented in the amount of $39,792.82. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 159-15) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves road accounts to October 31, 2015 as presented in the amount of $16,226.99. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 160-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves request for a donation to the Echo Bay Elks for Canada Day Celebrations in 2016 in the amount of $300.00 CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 161-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Ed Lapish that Laird council wishes to support the Bruce Mines Agricultural Society and the Central Algoma Exhibition in its efforts to obtain financial support for substantial repairs and upgrades to make the exhibition grounds more accessible to the public. CARRIED

Property owners affected by the proposed access road to and through their properties will be invited to the next meeting scheduled for December 10, 2015.

ON MOTION (No. 162-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves signing of winter sand agreement with Transfield Services Ontario Ltd., as presented. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 163-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Frank Turco that council closes the next portion of the meeting to discuss personal issues. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 164-15) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Frank Turco that council return to open meeting. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 165-15) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Ed Lapish that the council meeting be adjourned. CARRIED
