ON MOTION (No. 95-16) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves minutes of June 8, and 15, 2016, as presented. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 96-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves road accounts to May 31, 2016, as presented in the amount of $20,584.09. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 97-16) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves general accounts to June 22, 2016 as presented in the amount of $39,732.52. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 98-16) of Frank Turco, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves donation of $500.00 to Matthews Memorial Hospital Association Doctor Recruitment Committee. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 99-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves By-law Number 977-16 reducing front yard setback on Lot 17, Plan 1M568 from 50 feet to 37 feet. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 100-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council supports Municipality of Wawa's position on Algoma Public Health. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 101-16) of Frank Turco, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports Township of South-West Oxford in recommending that ROMA reunite with OGRA for future conferences. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 102-16) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Frank Turco that council supports Town of Hearst in petitioning the Federal Government through the Missanabie Cree First Nation and the Algoma Passenger Train Working Group re-establish and optimize the Algoma passenger train service allowing remote access to those First Nations, communities, residents, businesses and socio-economic stakeholders of the Algoma passenger train corridor. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 103-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Frank Turco that council supports the Township of Prince in petitioning the Provincial Government reconsider the ill-advised policy of eliminating the use of natural gas by 2050, and continue to ensure the expansion of natural gas to additional communities. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 104-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council supports the Canadian Union of Postal Workers in advising the Canada Post Review task force that it wants the following to be considered: maintain the moratorium on post office closures, improve Canadian Postal Service, restore home delivery, keep daily delivery, add postal banking, green Canada Post and develop services to assist people with disabilities and help older Canadians to remain in their homes for as long as possible. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 105-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council offers Lot 10, RCP H762 for sale to Frank Lajambe and request he make an offer. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 106-16) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council directs that the Wharf Committee become part of the umbrella group known as the Main Recreation Committee. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 107-16) of Frank Turco, seconded by Todd Rydall that council sponsors the 2016 North Shore Agricultural Society's horse show in the amount of $250.00. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 108-16) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that the council meeting be adjourned. CARRIED
