ON MOTION (No. 30-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves minutes of February 1, 2017, as presented. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 31-17) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Frank Turco that council goes to amalgamated tender, as presented. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 32-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves recommendation for purchase of 2017 grader from Toromont at a cost of $372,357.60 (including HST). CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 33-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council advises residents of Reids Road East that it considered their request and wishes to advise it was satisfied with the status quo at this time. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 34-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves road accounts to January 31, 2017, as presented in the amount of $20,082.01. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 35-17) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves general accounts to February 15, 2017, as presented in the amount of $66,654.66. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 36-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council supports Canadian Postmasters & Assistance Association regarding potential post office banking. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 37-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council supports resolution of New Tecumseh regarding the funding of fire departments in the Province. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 38-17) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Todd Rydall that council notifies residents at 18 Laurel Drive that it has no objection to joining two properties, as requested. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 39-17) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Frank Turco that council does not opt to use ranked balloting in the next municipal election. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 40-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves By-law 984-17 setting tax ratios for 2017. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 41-17) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves By-law 985-17 setting 2017 Interim Tax Rates. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 42-17) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that the council meeting be adjourned. CARRIED
