ON MOTION (No. 69-18) of Wayne Junor, seconded by Todd Rydall that
Council approves council minutes of April 18, and recreation committee minutes of April 24, 2018, as presented. CARRIED
Lynn Orchard and Glenn Martin, Chair and Secretary-Treasurer of the Desbarats to Echo Bay Planning Board spoke to council on the merits of joining with Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional and Johnson Township in requesting quotes for new and updated Official Plans.
ON MOTION (No. 70-18) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council agrees to join with Macdonald, Meredith and Aberdeen Additional Township and Johnson Township to go with a new Official Plan should costs be reasonable. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 71-18) of Frank Turco, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves general accounts to May 2, 2018 as presented in the amount of $7,835.84. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 72-18) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves the Municipal Resource Policy as presented. CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 73-18) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Wayne Junor that council approves By-law Number 998-18, regarding council 'lame-duck' period.
CARRIED
ON MOTION (No. 74-18) of Frank Turco, seconded by Wayne Junor that the council meeting be adjourned. CARRIED
