ON MOTION (No. 24-19) of Frank Turco, seconded by Todd Rydall that council approves council minutes of February 6, 2019. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 25-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves road accounts to January 31, 2019 as presented in the amount of $13,407.66. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 26-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves general accounts to February 20, 2019 as presented in the amount of $2,369.06. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 27-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves By-law 1010-19 approving Ironside Consulting Services as Integrity Commissioner. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 28-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Todd Rydall that council complies with Pay Equity Act requirements with Ironside Consulting Services and administration personnel completing the work, as per revised quote. CARRIED

An email from Bar River Women's Institute regarding Heritage Centre matters was discussed. It was the consensus of council that area requirements for existing artifacts should be determined before any further action is taken.

ON MOTION (No. 29-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves Educational Bonus Policy as discussed, effective February 20, 2019. Bonuses will be awarded upon successful completion of each section. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 30-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves Annual Borrowing By-law 1013-19, as presented. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 31-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Todd Rydall that the council meeting be adjourned. CARRIED
