ON MOTION (No. 11-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves council minutes of January 9, recreation committee minutes of January 29 and heritage committee minutes of January 21, 2019, as presented. CARRIED

Alan Elliott of Oakwood Drive appeared before council to discuss his recent incident on Pumpkin Point Road West.

ON MOTION (No. 12-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council approves general accounts to February 6, 2019, as presented in the amount of $81,893.63. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 13-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves road accounts to December 31, 2018, as presented in the amount of $26,552.09. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 14-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Ed Lapish that council supports resolution of Kirkland Lake in petitioning the Province to share revenue generated in the north, with the north. CARRIED

Councillor Turco spoke on risk management relating to service delivery.

ON MOTION (No. 15-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves By-law 1007-19 authorizing the Treasurer enter into Extension Agreements with property owners. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 16-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves By-law 1008-19 establishing tax ratios for 2019. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 17-19) of Todd Rydall, seconded by Frank Turco that council approves By-law 1009-19 setting interim tax rates for 2019. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 18-19) of Shawn Evoy, seconded by Ed Lapish that council acknowledges review of occupational Health & Safety By-law 942-14. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 19-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Shawn Evoy that council acknowledges review of Violence and Harassment in the Workplace By-law 900-10. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 20-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Shawn Evoy that council contributes $200 to the Retro-Ride held in Sylvan Valley. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 21-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Todd Rydall that council goes to Amalgamated Tender for materials as discussed. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 22-19) of Shawn Evoy, seconded by Todd Rydall that council appoints Ironside Consulting Services as Integrity Commissioner for the Township of Laird. CARRIED

ON MOTION (No. 23-19) of Ed Lapish, seconded by Shawn Evoy that the council meeting be adjourned.
